How do I place an order?
Select the products, including size and quantity and click ‘Add to cart.’ Click ‘View cart’ to display all the products selected. Here you will be able to update or remove products. You will also be able to apply coupon offers. Once ready, proceed through the relevant checkout options to complete the purchase, using the secure online payment options. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received.
Can I order products that are out of stock?
Currently you can only order products that are in stock. Be sure to sign up for our emails and regularly check our blogs to receive an email reminder of new products that are back in stock.
Why do I need to register an account to shop?
Registration allows you to take advantage of special offers, keep up-to-date with new stock and track your order history, including tracking your order and delivery information. We advise customers to register an account. New and returning customers will need an email address and password to log into their account.

Why has my card been declined?

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once orders have been made and confirmed, we are unable to amend or cancel the order. Customers are however able to return or exchange the product(s) in good condition within 14 days to receive a full refund.
What do I do if I receive an incorrect order?
We always aim to provide 100% satisfaction. Please note this only affects products where the order deviates significantly from that placed. We cannot be held responsible for errors made at the time of ordering.
How do I return an item?
Customers unsatisfied with their order and wanting to return their product should do so within 14 days from the day the parcel is received. The product must be returned in good condition and in its original packaging. Please note customers will be required to pay for return postage. Refunds will be processed on receipt.
Can I track my order?
Tracking services are only available on certain products. Parcels will be sent through Royal Mail and passed on to other national and international postal services relevant to the country.
If an item is trackable, customers will be sent a notification through email and given the tracking code when the product has been despatched. The cost of postage will vary depending on the weight of the parcel. Customers will be required to sign for their parcel on receipt. This will be the same for international customers.

Delivery within the United Kingdom should take within 3-10 working days and internationally 10-15 working days.
