Step 1: Consultation

Shop the bespoke category from our available styles, visit our design studio in Middlesbrough or get in contact for a consultation. We’ll discuss exactly what you’re looking for and can advise on the best fabrics to suit your project and bring your vision to life.

Step 2: Measuring

Please visit our Middlesbrough studio for a personalised fitting or contact your local seamstress to get measured professionally. We will accept measurements in both centimetres (cm) and inches (in). You can also measure yourself by watching our video – How To Measure.

Please note, we will not be accountable for any errors due to incorrect measurements being provided.

Step 3: Pattern Cutting

Your selected fabric and design will be drawn-out and cut to your measurements. Many of the fabrics we use are specially ordered and rarely repeated, meaning every piece is unique! If you would prefer to supply your own fabric, we are happy to use this to produce your garment.

Please note: Some fabrics will not be suitable to hold the shape of certain patterns. We will advise on an individual basis.

Step 4: Cutting and production

This is our favourite part of the process! We get to work in our studio, bringing your design to life.

Step 5: Timescale

Please allow 2-4 weeks from initial consultation to completion of your bespoke garment.

Please note this may vary depending on the fabric delivery and the desired design.

Step 6: Final fitting and collection

You will receive your bespoke garment and see how splendid you look! The final items can also be posted to you.

We love to hear from our customers, so get in touch and tell us what you think of your final piece from Cotilda.com via social media or contact us.
